Books to Read in December 2021

Winter is the time of festivals. Diwali is past and it is now Hanukkah for those who celebrate it. Last but not least, the Christmas celebrations are just a short way off.

Whichever festival you celebrate this month, I wish you a wonderful and happy time. I hope that you find time to relax with a good book.

Are any particular books beckoning to you from your bookshelf? I have a few which have caught my eye and that I hope to read this month.

The Winter Garden by Heidi Swain

Prefecture D by Hideo Yokoyama

The Fortune Men by Nadifa Mohamed

How to Bury Your Dog by Eva Silverfine

A Killing Winter by Tom Callaghan

The Time Between Us by Marina McCarron

The Last Secret of the Deverills by Santa Montefiore

The Silent Stars Go By by Sally Nicholls

The Christmas Murder Game by Alexandra Benedict

Jewish Women by Max Brod

Always in December by Emily Stone
